Well, Dr Wendy Sue Swanson, an American pediactrician, has partnered with Beverly Emerson, a food scientist, to share some helpful tips with all frustrated parents, who have trouble getting their children to eat vegetables. In fact, getting your child to eat vegetables involves only 3 simple steps!

They are:
  • start your child's healthy eating habits early and keep it going, starting from the your very own pregnancy stage
  • be a good role model for your child when it comes to healthy eating habits, as children tend to observe and imitate parents' habits
  • getting your child's hands involved in cooking, by having them to help you out in the food preparation stage, or you could even get your child to plant their own favourite vegetables
